I have a pain in heel area in left leg, however right leg is perfectly fine. Sometimes I do not feel any pain but when I walk more and do gym I faced pain in left leg in heel place. Also I put lot of cotton in my shoes to avoid heel pain and it help little but not much. I have done a checkup and Vitamin D2 and B12 is less. Will this cause heel pain.

First maintain vit D2 and B 12. Dip the heel part in warm water bath for 10 min. Apply u.s therapy wit analgesic oint . Do massage between heel and toes ,do finger movements.
