I have started gyming since 15 days also taking whey protein along with n have made changes in diet like excluding rice sugar fried food etc. But there is no significant change in my weight. I am having burning sensation in my stomach continuously.

Hello thanks for the query. Please let me know whether I am answering a male or a female, because the name says Manjiri & gender mentioned is male. Weight reduction is one of the difficult things. 15 days is too short a time. Secondly things depend on a number of factors like initial weight, how much is excess, intensity of exercise, amount of reduction in dietary intake, total calories being consumed during the day and type of food.
