Hi doctor. I am a pcos patient and after my follicular study and when I ovulated on cycle day 18 my doctor advised me to take duphaston 10 mg for 20 days twice a day. I am on cycle day 32 today and have not got my periods. My cycle was kind of irregular before I started treatment for pcos. Please guide me till when should I expect my periods or test for pregnancy? Don't even know if I should continue duphaston or not? Please help.

Hello, Till you continue duphaston, you will not get your menses. You need to stop. and in next 5-7 days you should expect your withdrawal bleed.
