Hello, Thanks for the query. It is very essential to control blood glucose very effectively with FBG < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. Platelets are a bit low. If there is fever and then cont has come down, then one has to be careful. Since when was the low count noticed? If there are no specific symptoms or no history fever, then there is no real worry. Thanks.
