Hi, we are planning for kids. And I'm 27 years female and I have a medical history of 3abortions at the age of 20 at which me n my husband was not took any precautions and also also we were not ready mentally. Now our problem is due to software job n lack of physical activity my husband kept on putting weight and now he has been diagnosed with diabetes, also his semen count is 50k. And doctor asked me to do some medical tests like thyroid, prolactin, glucose etc. And all the reports are normal. Can I become pregnant naturally without any medical treatment like IVF? Please advice.

You can try medicating your husband and improve his count You should undergo usg if pelvis and hsg to see wether your tubes are patent After that you should try iui for three months. Although iui chances are less, you never know! If that fails you can go for icsi. We are leading ivf centres in india.
