Sir I have doubt that whether rosuvastatin 10 mg will cause elevated in liver enzyme because I have earlier history that when I take atorvastatin 10 mg daily my liver enzyme elevated severely 5 times in a month so I stop using atorvastatin for two years. And now I have coronary artery disease.

Rosuvastatin can certainly raise liver enzymes. It is a good medicine though for people with coronary artery disease and offers significant benefits. You can do periodic blood tests for liver enzymes for next 2 months or so, and every 2-3 months thereafter. You should take a combined decision with your cardiologist whether you should continue the drug or stop it.
