I am 29 years man .My weight was 91 kg and my height is 5'7" I had lost 10 kg in 50 days by running and jogging. But in last 2 months I had lost only 2 kg by running. My target is to reduce 9 kg more weight. Kindly suggest me what should I do for weight loss. I run 5 to 7 km 20 days in a month. Earlier I drink hot water bt now I drink normal water. Is this makes a difference or other issue? Kindly suggest.
