Hii. My weight is 52 kgs and height 5'2.ive just been diagnosed with bilateral pcos and now under medication now. I want to ask following. 1: Do I need to stop taking normal aata chapati and start having multi grain/ whole grain? I eat 2 chapatis in lunch along with daal and 1 sabji and 1 chapati at night. 2: I've stopped consuming maida products ,junk food, sweets.but I want to ask can I have them in small quantity once or twice a month? 3: Ive some hair on face too, so will the facial growth increase day by day despite I am under medication now. My gynae prescribed diane 35 for 3 menstrual cycles and finast for hirsutism. 4: is it true that it is problematic for non obese women to get normal from pcod? 5: is homeopathy treatment effective than allopathy?
