Doctor, I am passed 18 year yesterday .But I feel so bad that I have no matured body yet ,my bones are too small like a child bone. Is there any remedies to make my bones too sizer, longer,thicker and stronger. What can I do for it ,please help me.

Gaining body mass and weight is a slow and gradual process. You should focus on eating right food, without eating too much of packed and market food. Eat energy dense foods like milk products, bananas, nuts & dry fruits along with other fruits and veggies. Do 30 mins of body weight exercises every day.
