Hello doctor I have a question that sex with two men causes hiv when the two men are negative.

You can still get HIV though they may show negative. Any one from them can be in window period. There is also risk of transmission of other STDs. It ll be better if you take a private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly.

If both men are negative then no chance of HIV transmission unless they come in contact with another person who is already having HIV infection. Thanks.
