I got twisted my right knee when I jumped from 6 feet height. This has happened 4 years ago, I do not know whether it is ligament tear or something else as I could not run thereafter. Kindly suggest to know about it and also because of that my left knee has started paining and it makes a click sound when I fold my knee. Kindly suggest as I am not financially stable.

It could be a tear of the meniscus (cartilage disc) of your knee due to the jump. You will need an MRI for confirmation.
