I am suffering from lower back pain (yesterday while playing cricket I experienced some pain while I was completing my over and I immediately left it incomplete) even after 40 mins of warm up and exercises I started playing then also it occurred (happening for the 1st time in life), I am applying pain relief spray (amrutanjan), what should I do for recovery and what are the precaution that I have to take care of (especially how should I sleep and sit) and how long this type of injuries take to recover as I have my on field exam on 11th June (after 6 days)

Apply crushed ice for 15 min ,ift machine for 15 min for 5 days, sit on soft pillow, sleep on flat surface take bed rest, do not bend, do lift weight.
