I had a very lean body. But after I started working, there is a very less time I am active. Most of the time I sit on the chair and work. So my belly fat is increasing. Please advise me a good diet to reduce my belly fats.

Hi, though you are not over weight, yet you have more fat in your body. You can increase your muscle weight and decrease your fat by cutting out simple carbs (sugar) from your diet, decrease fat intake by avoiding fried foods and reducing bakery foods.
