Sometimes in a day I feel that I might get heart problem by bp remain 128/80 to 135/80 plus rate remain 70 to 80 and my oxygen levels remain 96 to 98 I have one bad habit is smoking otherwise I am health conscious just sometimes when I get any bad news of any person I feel worried can this happen with me too.
