Respected sir, I want to ask a question that I am only 17 years old and I want to ask that can I do gym or not. If I do gym so, Is there is effect on my height or not? I am already going for running in morning. So, Please tell me about so that I should start gym or not?

Dear lybrateuser, - You can do weight bearing exercises at home instead of a gym - do pull ups, pushups, crunches, squats & light free weights - do exercise after proper warming up, exercise along with a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods - there are no confirmed studied to indicate any effect of exercise on height.
