I am 27 year boy have pain due to piles. What should I do. Piles are 3 but one is big and create pain in sitting and sleeping.

Pain in the perianal region could be due to anal fissure or perianal abscess or piles. Please get examined by a general/GI Surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis and further treatment. Usually does not go away on its own. For early piles one can 7wait and may resolve with sclerotherapy but advances case require surgery. Early hemorrhoids can be treated by banding / sclerotherapy. For advanced cases staplers hemorrhoidectomy is recommended. Not aware of any non- Surgical treatment for advanced piles. Surgical treatment however is very effective.
