I am 13 Years old and I am very scared I just started my periods 4 months ago and they are irregular and I have breast lumps in both breasts and very tiny in armpit too, and occasionally I get this white creamy thing in the nipple when I shower it doesn't come out and I also noticed a little dimpling of breast it was very little and only when I flex my arms and now it seems a little less and I have got the breast lump and that white thing checked by doctor and she said it's nothing to worry about your breasts are developing and I just wanted, to know if this is okay, and also my nipples get dry after showering too much what should I apply on them? Is this okay ,I am very scared.
