My daughter continues weeping last night. I think so she has pain due teething but I feel it's not normal like she is weeping .She is 13 months old.

You can use some gumpaint to massage her gums ..don't let her take the gum paint inside ..

As long as you don't see a doctor it's of no value what you think is the cause of her crying. So best would be that you see a General physician and if the general physician thinks that the cause of pain is the of dental origin then you should see a pedodontist.
