Hello doctor, I am 22 years old. In my dreams I saw that a dog bite me yesterday night in same dress n in the same spot where I was entering yesterday to my house. So here my reality n dreams are going so parallel that now also m feeling that actually a dog caught me last night m not getting any wound coz I have seen in my dreams that the dog had grabed my bag and his teeth just pinned me in my finger like a pin cross-section I can say. So waking up I did not get any wound still I thinking the wound must be healed coz its so fine and having very very small cross-section. I dnt even know what happen I can not distinguish my dream n the reality still m thinking that really happen bt I did not say to my family though I was very tired while returning to home n I slept silently without informing my family n just now waking up in the morning I said to my dad n he just laughed doctor m still in a delema that was real or a dream?Please suggest me something for that.
