I am having pain in right arm starting from lower arm, elbow and upper part of forearm since 1.5 months Earlier for a month it was mild aching but since 15 days regular household work is hampered as it is right hand I used volini pain relief gel which was beneficial temporarily And pain is not radiating anywhere else I normally do have back aches bt they are not severe and are bearable Please help Thank you!
