My mother is suffering from depression, tension,mood change, irritability,pain in the joints and whole body. Its onset was about 3 months ago. There were Irregular periods. Absence of period for 3 months followed by continuous period for 15 days following which she was given mandate tablet after which period stopped and drug was also stopped and absence of period for 2 months and now it's irregular. People advised to take calcium and vitamin d tablets. Is it happening due to menopause? She don't want to do any work and exercise and always in a panic, stress ful condition. Please suggest which drug to take with dosage. And please help. She had undergone lower abdomen usg and everything was normal except thickened endometrium.
