I have hypothyroidism and take 100 mg thyroxine daily. My t3 remains low at 0.68 ng/ml, t4 is 9.17ug/dl, tsh is3. 88 uiu/ml. My anti tpo tested today is 513 is/ml.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH level is in control and T4 is within normal limit. Then there is no worry. Anti TPO antibodies, can not be reduced by any specific medication. But silenium containing tablets or capsules seem to help. Thanks.
