My blood reports show fasting glucose 94, PP glucose -74, fasting Insulin ~5 and PP insulin 35, Major health issue - Feeling hungry all the time even after meal. Age - 31 (Female), Height - 5 ft 5 inch, Weight - 69 Kg, Life style - Very healthy (Good diet, Daily workout cardio and weight training) Please guide on the further treatment options.

Hi , Eat small frequent Meals. Small meals will keep you full . Eat Caloric Dense Foods, like nuts, dry fruits, dairy etc and Eat More Protein. Do you have pre and post workout meals ? It is very important to consume them 30 min before and 30 min after workout .. it will also hep you to be energetic and feel full
