Don't go for operation it is not good option again your piles complain reappear after few time. Better to take homeopathic medicine for permanently cure. Also avoid use of spicy and oily food. Take fiber rich diet and rub ice on piles it reduce pain. And for medication consult personally here.

Please get examined by a general/GI Surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis and further treatment. Usually does not go away on its own. For early piles one can wait and may resolve with banding/sclerotherapy but advances case require surgery. Early hemorrhoids can be treated by banding / sclerotherapy. For advanced cases staplers hemorrhoidectomy is recommended. Not aware of any non- Surgical treatment for advanced piles. Surgical treatment however is very effective.
