If I eat 3 times, oil less wheat chapati and also protein and metabolism vegetable and fruits is helpful to weight loss or not, or should I change my plan of eating chapati.

There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. No need to avoid chapattis completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts. Start out with a 45 minute walk or active sport daily.
