My Wife ,age 51 yrs, height 5 ft inches, has bodyweight of 83 kgs. She does cycling, but not regularly. Her diet includes rice & mostly non-veg. Recently changed to mainly veg, but her diet still includes polished rice Pls advise, how to loose weight safely, by diet alone?
