I am 19 year old girl. I have lower weight compare to my age. My face colour is dull rather than my body and I have saggy cheeks. What should I do for a beautiful and healthy body?

Hello lybrate-user! increase protein intake in your diet like boiled eggs, boiled chicken, shallow fried fish which will increase your muscle mass. Also start weight training excercises and at least 20 minutes walk. Which will also help you. For skin issue start using sunscreen SPF 30 above which will avoid further dullness and eat at least 2 fruits per day which will nourish your skin naturally.
