I am 40 years female having osteoarthritis problem since 2 yrs. My weight is 68 kgs height 5.1married two children. I have to reduce weight by 10 kgs .Trying very much but in vain. Having thyroid problem .Taking eltroxin 100mgtab. Please tell me solution.
