I am 32 year old Dr. I have a problem on my penis. My penis top had flakes daily I remove flakes daily in night but it comes new flakes in morning sometime I removes flakes I feel pain and more importantly when I was doing sex with my wife my penis skin had little little cut 2 or 3 places please tell me what should I do.
