I was suffering from Bell's palsy from 13 march 18. I am almost recovered but I am still having facial muscles pain. I am also doing my exercise regularly but not recovering. Please suggest what should I do?

Please go for simple self care massaging techniques, oil pulling (pour 2spoons of edible oil/water and gargle, rinse for 5 min) Practise whistling, blowing. If not please meet near by physiotherapist for advice.
