Dear lybrateuser, - Try to change your sleep habit - sleep early & get up early, do exercise like walking, jogging or yoga & meditation in the morning to keep yourself agile & fit - get your bp & blood sugar checked to rule out any other problem - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - if you do not feel well then get your vitals parameters checked by a local doctor as you may also require medication.
