Hi Mam, I am 28 years old and planning for a baby for last 2 years my AHL level is too low around 0.35. Please suggest me what should I do. I am taking folic acid and M2tone syrup. Recently I started to take wheat grass juice empty stomach. Every month my egg size is around 22 mm before rupture. Can I take DHEA? Is it good to increase ovarian reserve? Please suggest me.

Your AMH level is low. You will require few more tests to see the ovarian reserve & response to ovarian stimulation. DHEA supplementation is good as it functions as a precursor of testosterone & estrogen hormones. So continue it. Share your detail reports with us so that we can guide you further. All the best.
