My teeth are paining and there is swelling on that side. I have taken mox 250, brufen 400 and subsequently salt and baking soda mouthwash. combiflam is also used.in a small measure. However the pain is persisting. I am diabetic type 2 on insulin and nearly 80 years old. Can you suggest a quick relief .i will visit a dentist after the pains subside.

Your pain would subside only after visiting a dentist. You are taking unnecessary antibiotics & analgesics which affect your blood sugar level too. So don?t rely on self medication and Visit Your Dentist immediately.

Hello, YOu have taken the right treatment . You just need to continue the dosage twice a day for at least 3 days before swelling shall reduce. For pain re;lief you may take brufen even thrice a day if required.
