I am 26 years male. I am having some belly fat and looks like it is due to bad hotel food. Also I feel like bloated after taking food and had a urge to go to toilet after a long day wearing tight pants. I am daily walking a lot and travelling in public transport but still belly fat is not reducing. I am eating less food and avoided junk food. Please advice me how to reduce the belly fat. Or if it is due to any other reason kindly advice.
