Fine ill clearly ask my question my weight is 63 and hight 5.9 I took lean but not too lean and m working for my abs now (starting stage) so I have been told that I shd nt eat fat contain food and at the sae time I want my muscles to grow and look bit fat like perfect body shape. So due to this m nt taking any fat contain food as well as junk so suggest me some food to get muscular mass and bcm bit fat as well as which will not affect my abs workout.
