I'm a 22 year old male and I've been experiencing slight dizziness since this morning (as of 28th may 2018). It's just that I have full control over my body but at sometimes my eyes move rapidly on its own for a few seconds. I don't know whether to call that as dizziness or not. I've been sleeping for just 6 hours from past 2 weeks. Is it happening because of lack of sleep or is it something dangerous? Please help me out.

Yes, lack of sleep can cause dizziness and disoriented feeling. Your body needs restful sleep, so ensure you go to bed early and at same time every night. Drink a cup of warm milk with cardamom and sugar around 1 hour before you go to bed, this will give restful sleep.
