Ideally your BP need to be maintained at 120/80 so some amount of minimal juggling need to be done to bring it down from your regular reading. Hope you have restricted your salt intake, life style change, morning walk etc., as your treating doctor might have guided you. so consult your regular doctor for suitable changes in the medication.
