2 month ago I lost my closest one, since then I feel depressed all the day, sometimes I cry and prefer to keep me silent & alone all the time, I lost my all energy to do something, I am jst 23 years old, please sir or mam suggest me, how to get rid of this problem? Plz.

Hello Grief is normal phenomenon which occurs after the loss of close one. You should give urself Freedom to feel all the pain and sadness ,don't suppress it or be in hurry to overcome it. If you feel visit counsellor nearby or online. Best of Luck.
