I'm m 78 in reasonably good health. My family doc has diagnosed it as "lower sacral sprain L 45 S1" PAIN outside of right leg. Who or which specialty should I consult for treatment? Painful while walking.

Hello sir go with mri of lower back for confirmed diagnosis, if mild to moderate sprain it will be treat with exercises to become strengthen along with ift and us therapy .avoid heavy lifting, forward bending, take rest till healling. At home iceing 15 min three times a day.
