Hello. I am Himanshu & I am 17 years old. My problem is that I am underweight or skinny (skeleton) guy. I love to eat I eat daily 3 meals but food doesn't absorb in body. I haven't necessary fat. I also started exercise but nothing seems good. I think I have poor digestive system and I do not know whether it's right or wrong. Is this genetically problem because my father is also underweight in youth stage I had seen old pictures of my father. Please tell me what should I do to gain weight.
