I want to build body. I am taking lot of food plus a little bit of exercise everyday but still my body is not developing nor I am becoming fat.

Dear Lybrateuser, - You have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products such as yogurt, cheese, buttermilk, cottage cheese, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, do light weight lifting for 5-10 min twice a week to build muscles & to increase your weight - consult a dietician for your exact requirement of calories & proteins per day as per your activity level, dietary habits & constitution.
