Hello doctor this is my semen analysis report colour pale grey, quantity 3 ml, reaction alkaline, viscosity viscous, total sperm count 80 millions/ml, actively motile 20 %, sluggish 25 %,non motile 55%,normal forms 90%, abnormal forms 10%, pus cells 10-12 bpf. I know that motility is very low and doctor prescribed me co-q rich for 3 months. Please tell me what should I eat to increase motility and how much time it will take. And tell me whether my sperm structure is ok or not means about morphology. I don't want my child to get birth defects please help.
