I have problem of having absolutely no sleep before the exam day. Last year my exams did not go well because of this reason. This year my exam is on next Sunday. The problem has started again. It took me 3 hours of painstaking effort to induce sleep yesterday. What should I do?

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face , forearms , legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep
