According to my recent blood check up my Hdl and Ldl are at borderline, please suggest me the diet - do's and do nodes in order to control without medicine.

Better not to check these, they are very popular but not helpful. They only create unnecessary worry. If you reduce sugar jaggery alcohol tobacco and starchy foods, take a balanced diet with ample rest and some activity, you will protect your health, these tests usually lead to too much exercise and very poor diet.
