I have a problem of high blood pressure and taking telma 40 from 3 years but problem is that my BP is not under control due to anxiety or whenever I'm stressed (excessive sweating, heart palpitations) and when I take opinion from psychiatrist he told me to take betacap 40 instead of telma but problem is that betacap is not safe for asthmatics. So kindly suggest me any good medicine which I take daily? please note - I have asthma and g6pd deficiency by birth.
