My MRI report says that there is mild diffuse disc bulge with disc protrusion at L5-S1 and there is sclerotic change seen in bilateral sacro-iliac joint with no associated joint effusions. vitamin D3 is 75.21 nmol/L. ASO is 229.2 IU/ml. Calcium is 10.9 mg/dl and ionised calcium is 1.12 mmol/l Now I want to know that what is the exact problem that I actually have and how can I get rid of it.
