Sir my age is 28 today I check my blood sample my blood report is HDL 37 mg/dl, VLDL Cholesterol 44 mg/dl, LDL Cholesterol 218 mg/dl, Cholesterol 299 mg/dl, Triglycerides 221 mg/dl, CHO/HDL Ratio is 8.0 and LDL/HDL Ratio 5.8 TriIodothyronine T3 is 1.17 T4 is 8.04 TSH Is 9.47 kindly consult me is I need any medication please help me.

You seem to be having a possible genetic dyslipidemia. Mixed variety. Running in the family. Please follow: 1. Screening of the same in your parents and siblings 2. Rule out diabetes, high uric acid as part of the metabolic syndrome. 3.Do a blood test for thyroid diseases. Anti TPO 4.Stop smoking and alcohol if applicable 5. Get ultrasound abdomen done to rule out fatty liver 6. An eye check up for fat deposits in the eyelids n cornea 7. A cardiac stress test to be carried out 8. Hope you are not overweight or obese as determined by your BMI 9. Consult a physician or a cardiologist or an endocrine specialist 10. You need a healthy life style with oral drugs to control the deranged lipids. 11. Meanwhile cut down on sugars, black salt, extra fats etc.
