I am 24 years old. I am regularly hitting gym for 2 months, doing aerobics and zumba, alternatively, for 45 mins, crunches for 10 mins and then tredmil for 15 min. But since then my weight is constant at 75 kgs. I do not understand after so much of workout why I am not reducing weight. Please suggest something so that I can reduce my weight to 60 kgs.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Diet contributes about 70% to weight and 30% comes from exercise. Along with exercise you also need to cut down your food calories. Both diet + exercise can help you lose weight. Just doing exercise is not sufficient. Currently you may be eating extra calories thinking that you are doing enough exercise, that is why your weight is not reducing.
