Hello Dr. I am 18 years old. And I am really shocked when I check my BP. It is much below normal. What diet and what routine I have to follow to maintain it.

Nothing is normal or abnormal which is applicable to all. your normal may be slide lower than the average normal. So first don't worry about it. Eat good food of your choice, sufficient fruits, veg .drink sufficient water and be happy.

Dear Lybrateuser, - For low bp have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water per day - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined grains, protein foods & healthy fats - do regular exercise like jogging, brisk walking, swimming, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week.
