I am 24 years old female and in last week of this april I slipped and fell down which hurted by right leg most and my right ankle was swollen for few days after couple of days I noticed a swelling on my right knee I used ointment but its not healing and it pains a lot when I wear leggings or pants and when fold the leg. Can you please tell wat would be the reason and wat can I do. Thank you.

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
